The DVD Video Player also has GPS navigation built into it. The wire by the console lid is for the ipod that goes inside the console and hooks up directly to the DVD player.
We are hands free here, so I added the blue tooth that hooks straight to the DVD Stereo system. That's the iPod that hooks straight into it too.
